Whenever you need them to clean the room or need anything, Special mention of the staff from dining area, in the restaurants: (Nageshwar)* Nagesh goes above and beyond to help the guest in dining area (restaurants), I had special request of coconut water for my medicine reason. Nagesh, remember to bring as soon as I sit down on my table for breakfast. Thank you so much, Nageshwar. Seema helped with my questions and tried her best to resolve the issues. Thank you so much to all the staff at ITC welcome hotel vadodara to make my stay pleasant and memorable 🙏 💕

I really enjoyed how kind everyone was at the hotel. It has a very spacious entrance and lots of areas to chill. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and bed was made daily. Airco and Wifi was great, location is great. Close to the airport. I was helped upon arrival and departure by a very kind woman at the desk, her name was Primya, I think - but not sure. In my last 2 days I was very ill and the staff so kindly offered me help during that time which was great.

Everything except a few things listed in the section "what we didn't like". Staff is good and Polite. R Rooms and Toilets are clean and well maintained except some signs of ageing. Restaurant is good. All type of food options. Food is exceptionally good. Restaurant kitchen accommodates your specific requests for kids. Very good location. Standards are maintained. Preferred hotel by celebrities too. Our Go To hotel if we are in Vadodara.

Lovely hotel with fabulous food in both main restaurant & separate à la cart. Staff exceptionally attentive, especially the lovely Seema on the front desk - nothing is too much trouble & even ordered/paid for taxis from her own phone/apps !! ( obviously reimbursed later ) - she provided exceptional service throughout

It is well located within walking distance of main shopping area in Alakapuri.The hotel has lot of open space to rest and relax.The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and is open 24 hours.The staff are pleasant and helpful.Overhaul the hotel is excellent.
